To: Pastors, Clerks of Session, Commissioners, Committee Members and interested members of the Sacramento Presbytery:

We are issuing a "Pre-Call" to the call for the September 22-23 Presbytery meeting in Redding. We have learned that there will be a convention in Redding that weekend, and are suggesting that you make your room reservations fairly soon. The staff of the Sierra Mission Partnership office has put together a list of some of the motels in Redding and Red Bluff, which you will find at the end of this memo.

 Please note that the Best Western Hilltop Inn on Hilltop Drive is offering the Presbytery a group rate of $89.00 per room, and has set aside a block of rooms for anyone who is interested.

The official call to the meeting will be mailed to you the 1st of September. Included in that packet will be information about the Friday night worship service and a free breakfast the Presbytery's Endowment Fund committee has arranged. Watch for all the exciting details.
